Right now most of our pupils are back to distance learning while this lot of 1st and 2nd graders is obviously enjoying their rare time in school, having much of the ground to themselves.
Their are presenting a rather unusual entry which was filmed this very morning in a single take. But hey, what's normal these days? Party on, you rascals!
Very fun!

ReplyDeleteEveryone seemed to enjoy making this entry :) Our children liked the beginning of the video, the melody of the song. Good luck to you from Finland!
ReplyDeleteI love this chaotic madness :-D Thank you that you did not give up and brought a lot of crazy fun to us.
ReplyDeleteLet me share my almost tragic memories (don't worry, not so tragic). I did not understand the German lyrics, but that main melody is the same for a quite sad Czech song. When I was at the age of the kids on this video, my father used to sing that sad song. He could not sing at all and his voice trembled like at the funeral. He might have thought it was funny, but I was deeply hurt by the fate of a dog that... No, I cannot continue... In fact, that Czech song is perhaps supposed to be amusing, but not much for me :-)
From what you are saying, I must assume that the lyrics of the song are the same in both languages, only that our children purposefully exchanged the roles of the cook and the dog.
DeleteThat's amazing! Now I believe it won't be my trauma anymore :-)
DeleteI think it's way too confused. But which is also funny.
ReplyDeleteIt's crazy and funny to see that the kids have also fun.
ReplyDeleteVery nice and very happy song!!! Good luck from Greece!
